Barry & Loewy LLP represents the family of Kevin Brown, an Austin man killed by Sgt. Michael Olsen in June 2007. The family has filed a federal lawsuit alleging that Sgt. Olsen violated Kevin Brown’s civil rights when he shot him twice in the back and killed him. The lawsuit is pending in the Western District of Texas, Austin Division.
