Barry & Loewy LLP represent the family of a Texas industrial worker who wrongfully died of complications directly arising from his Severe Asbestosis. Shortly before his death, the Texas man was on permanent oxygen and confined to a wheelchair because his impairment was so severe he was unable to walk or exert himself. Sadly, the Texas man died because his Severe Asbestosis impairment kept him from getting enough oxygen into his bloodstream. The Texas man developed his Severe Asbestosis disease after many years of exposure to asbestos-containing products during his work as a laborer in a Houston-based industrial facility.
Barry & Loewy LLP is co-counseling the case with the Austin firm of Mundy & Singley LLP.s
