Barry & Loewy LLP represent an Austin man who was permanently injured by a Concordia University baseball player. The player negligently hit the Austin man with a baseball bat. The man had to undergo an emergency surgery to remove his spleen as a result of the injury. The man has to live the rest of his life without his spleen and is now more susceptible to serious, and possibly, fatal diseases.
