Barry & Loewy LLP is representing Aaron Patterson, a Chicago man who was wrongfully imprisoned on Illinois Death Row for 15 years. Mr. Patterson was formally pardoned on the basis of actual innocence in 2003 by the Governor of Illinois. The case is titled Aaron Patterson v. Former Chicago Police Lt. Jon Burge et al. and is filed in the Eastern Division of the Northern District of Illinois.
