Barry & Loewy LLP is representing a Texas software developer in a breach of contract and fraud action against PokerTek, Inc (NASDAQ: PTEK). The lawsuit alleges that PokerTek induced the developer to create software for its business and then maliciously breached the contract in order to avoid paying the developer.
