Barry & Loewy LLP is representing four families whose minor daughters were sexually assaulted by adult MySpace.com members. The assaults occurred in Ohio, South Carolina, New York, and Texas, respectively. In each case, an adult MySpace.com member contacted the minor girl, obtained her personal information, and later sexually assaulted her.

Barry & Loewy LLP is suing MySpace.com for its negligent and fraudulent conduct. The cases are filed in California state court. Barry & Loewy LLP is co-counseling these cases with Arnold & Itkin LLP of Houston.
