January 2012

Carl R. Barry has been named one of the "Top 40 Under 40" Trial Lawyers in the State of Texas by the National Association of Trial Lawyers. This honor recognizes Carl as one of the top 40 trial lawyers under the age of 40 in the State. Carl received his honor because has has recovered millions of dollars for personal injury clients and is always committed to his clients' best interests.

December 2011

Carl R. Barry and Adam Loewy have both named as Texas Super Lawyers, Rising Stars. This designation recognizes the top lawyers in the State of Texas. Less than 2% of lawyers in Texas are recognized as Super Lawyers. Carl has now won this award three years in a row (2010, 2011 and 2012). Adam has won this award twice (2011 and 2012).

November 2011

With the Penn State Football scandal making headlines across the nation, Adam Loewy has been contacted by several media outlets to give his legal opinion on the situation. Adam and his firm have regularly represented victims of sexual abuse against powerful entities. These cases are very difficult but Adam and his team have regularly won them. Adam has been interviewed by NPR, Yahoo! and CBS Sports.
