Adam J. Loewy

Adam Loewy is a personal injury trial lawyer. He devotes his career to representing Texans who have been seriously injured or killed due to the wrongful actions of others. His passion lies in helping people put their lives back together after a traumatic event and obtaining justice for them.
Adam's practice focus on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. He does all of these cases on a contingency fee basis because he believes his firm should only be compensated if it wins for its clients.
Adam started his own law firm one year after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law. He then joined his good friend, Carl R. Barry, and formed Barry & Loewy LLP in April 2006. Since its founding, Barry & Loewy LLP has recovered tens of millions in actual settlements for their clients.
A strong advocate for Constitutional rights, Adam has distinguished himself by winning several high profile cases against government entities who have violated his clients' civil rights (e.g. wrongful imprisonment and excessive force cases). These cases are very complicated and require intense preparation, strategy, and financial commitment.
Adam is frequently sought out as a legal expert by the media and has been interviewed by CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, CNBC, Yahoo!, The Wall Street Journal, and USA Today, among others. He was also the subject of a lengthy front page profile piece in the Austin American-Statesman, the youngest lawyer to ever receive such an honor. Read more.
Adam has been honored the following organizations for his legal accomplishments:

Adam is very committed to his clients and has developed meaningful relationships with each person he has represented. He considers each client a lifelong friend and works extremely hard to obtain the best result possible in each case.
